It is not income-based or based on your level of production, and it is distributed either monthly or quarterly to those who helped the company grow. After 3 years with Keller Williams, you are fully vested and the passive income is yours to keep forever. In fact, you can even will your profit sharing to another person if you so choose. Our profit sharing is calculated by taking approximately one-half of our market centers' profits and sharing with the agents that helped build the company.
